GETTING STARTED

Understanding what Mindoro does.

What is Mindoro?

Mindoro is a Behaviour + Execution Intelligence platform for discretionary traders. It brings performance, risk, behaviour and execution evidence together to help traders understand not only their results, but how they actually traded.

Mindoro uses trading history and trader-specific context to identify recurring patterns, examine execution quality, test trading rules against historical evidence and turn those findings into focused areas for improvement.

Is Mindoro a trading journal?

Mindoro includes trade journaling, but it goes beyond a conventional trading journal. The journal forms part of the evidence base. Mindoro uses that evidence alongside trading history, the trader's profile and calibration settings to analyse performance, behaviour and execution across the platform.

Who is Mindoro for?

Mindoro is designed for discretionary traders who want a clearer understanding of their own trading. It can be used by individual traders, prop-firm traders and traders working with professional coaches. Coaches can also use Mindoro's Human Coach Layer to bring shared trading evidence into the coaching process.

Does Mindoro provide trading signals or financial advice?

No. Mindoro is an educational and trading-performance intelligence platform. It does not provide trading signals, tell traders what to buy or sell, or make trading decisions on their behalf. Mindoro helps traders examine their own trading evidence, understand patterns and execution, and make their own judgements about what they may want to improve.

TRADING DATA & CONNECTIVITY

Bringing your trading evidence into Mindoro.

How does Mindoro get my trading history?

Mindoro supports both connected and file-based methods.

Traders can connect through cTrader using secure OAuth, use Mindoro Precision Sync with MT4 or MT5, or import supported trading-history files such as HTML statements and CSV exports.

Mindoro's connection wizard helps identify the appropriate method for the trader's broker, prop firm and trading platform.

Which trading platforms does Mindoro support?

Mindoro supports direct connectivity with cTrader and Precision Sync for MT4 and MT5. Because these platforms are offered by many brokers and prop firms, Mindoro can support traders across a broad range of broker relationships.

File-based imports are also available for supported broker and platform formats.

Can I upload my existing trading history?

Yes. Existing trading history can be imported into Mindoro so analysis can begin with trades already completed.

Supported sources include MT4 and MT5 statements and a range of broker CSV exports. Mindoro's connection process guides the trader towards the appropriate import method for the available data.

Does the quality of my trading data affect the analysis?

Yes. Trading platforms and broker exports differ in the amount and detail of trading evidence they provide.

Richer records can support deeper behaviour and execution analysis, including areas that depend on detailed trade-lifecycle information. Other files may contain the core information needed for performance and some behavioural analysis but omit evidence such as stop-loss or take-profit changes.

Mindoro uses the evidence available and only applies analysis where the required data is present. It does not treat missing evidence as if the event occurred.

Can Mindoro place or modify trades in my account?

No. Mindoro is a trading analytics and intelligence platform, not a broker or trade-execution platform.

Connections are used to read trading history and provide analysis and insights. Mindoro cannot place, modify or close trades, or withdraw funds from a trader's account.

BEHAVIOUR + EXECUTION INTELLIGENCE

Understanding how you actually trade.

What does Mindoro mean by Behaviour + Execution Intelligence?

Behaviour + Execution Intelligence examines how a trader actually trades—not just the financial outcome of the trades.

Mindoro analyses trading evidence for recurring behavioural and execution patterns, risk behaviour, plan adherence and execution quality, then considers those findings in the context of the trader's own profile and calibration.

The objective is to make aspects of trading behaviour and execution visible enough to examine, understand and improve.

What kinds of patterns can Mindoro identify?

Mindoro can identify recurring patterns such as revenge trading, overtrading, plan deviation, fear-driven or premature exits, loss aversion and other behaviour or execution patterns supported by the available trading evidence.

Rather than simply attaching a label, Mindoro provides the evidence behind its findings so the trader can examine what happened and decide whether the pattern is meaningful.

How does Mindoro know whether a behaviour is relevant to me?

Mindoro does not assume that every trader should trade in the same way.

A trader's profile captures important context such as trading style, risk parameters and trading rules. Calibration allows relevant settings to be adjusted as the trader develops a clearer understanding of how they intend to trade.

Mindoro uses that trader-specific context alongside the available trading evidence when assessing behaviour and execution.

What is Behaviour & Execution Backtesting?

Traditional strategy backtesting asks whether a trading strategy would have worked historically.

Mindoro's Behaviour & Execution Backtesting asks a different question: what might have been different in my historical trading if I had followed particular behavioural, risk or execution rules?

It allows traders to test selected rules against their own trading history, examine which trades would have been affected and use that evidence when considering how their trading profile should be configured.

Does Behaviour & Execution Backtesting tell me which rules will make me profitable?

No. Backtesting does not prove that a particular rule will improve future profitability.

Mindoro preserves the historical trading record and provides a separate evidence-based view of what might have changed under the rule being tested. The purpose is to help the trader examine the trade-offs and make a more informed judgement about which rules make sense for the way they intend to trade.

COACHING & ACCESS

From insight to focused improvement.

What does the Mindoro AI Coach do?

Mindoro's AI Coach uses the trader's own performance, behaviour and execution evidence to provide personalised insights and areas for consideration.

It helps turn analysis into practical reflection and focused actions, while showing the evidence behind its insights. The trader remains responsible for deciding what is relevant and what action, if any, to take.

Do I need a trading coach to use Mindoro?

No. Mindoro is designed to provide value to self-directed traders through its performance, behaviour and execution analysis, backtesting and AI Coach.

Traders who work with a professional coach can also use Mindoro's Human Coach Layer to bring the same evidence into their coaching relationship.

What is the Human Coach Layer?

The Human Coach Layer gives the trader and coach a shared evidence base for a more structured coaching process.

Mindoro can prepare relevant evidence before a session, support evidence-based discussion during the session, record agreed actions and measurement focus afterwards, and keep those actions connected to subsequent review.

Mindoro provides the evidence and structure. The coach provides the experience, context and judgement.

Is Mindoro available now?

Mindoro is currently progressing through Beta, with its core Behaviour + Execution Intelligence capabilities and connectivity being developed and tested through real trading evidence.

Beta access allows Mindoro to work closely with traders as the platform is validated across different trading styles, brokers, platforms and data sources.

How can I join the Mindoro Beta?

Traders interested in early access can request to join the Mindoro Beta.

We're particularly interested in discretionary traders who are willing to use their own trading history, explore the evidence Mindoro produces and provide practical feedback on the experience.

Still have a question? Get in touch or request Beta access to learn more about Mindoro.
